Activities
Our range of activities
We believe that more than just playing, children should be stimulated and given the tools to explore their innate skills. To this end, we have developed a list of extra activities that complement children's play days.

Therefore, in addition to children attending forest school sessions every morning, we have a range of extra activities available.

From art, carpentry and cooking workshops to performing arts such as theatre or relaxing activities such as yoga. And why not a science or music laboratory?

Check this list for morning and afternoon activities and special activities such as English and Project Work Methodology.

Registration for activities does not imply registration for our daily packages, that is, we accept children for these activities even if they attend other schools or establishments
Morning
Art Studio
Giving body to our emotions and creativity. This is a moment of free creation where the child expresses himself by creating his own work of art through different techniques of painting, modeling, cutting, three-dimensional construction and different materials.
Motor Skills Sessions and Traditional Games
We aim to offer children an hour of physical activity to work on gross motor skills, creativity, respect for rules and teamwork, rhythmic gymnastics, dances (allowing them to get to know and feel the different musical styles while giving expression and body to the music) and traditional games where play leads to exercising muscles in a fun way.
Needles and Hands with Art
Here we will do activities related to sewing, macramé, weaving, among others.
This activity is excellent for promoting concentration and fine motor skills. It is an activity that encourages calmness and introspection, while allowing the child to carry out small creative works.
Forest School Sessions
In these sessions, children explore nature, learn about biodiversity, flora and fauna.
In this environment they can learn about dangers, learn to overcome challenges, and the importance of nature in our lives.
At the same time, they will address other areas such as mathematics, science, art and all this using natural elements and lots of fun.
Educational Garden
Because potatoes don't come from the factory, and lettuce doesn't come from the supermarket, here children can create small vegetable gardens and take care of them while enjoying their growth.
At the end, you will be able to taste these 100% organic ingredients.
Beach School Sessions
In addition to the beach, sea, rivers, streams, lakes, these activities also include playing with soft, sticky materials, kneading clay, sand...
Knowledge with Flavors
An activity that is much appreciated by children, which allows them to be creative, become aware of textures and flavors, and gives free rein to their imagination.
In these sessions we will not only do activities related to food education, but we will also prepare some dishes where we will choose different countries to learn about their gastronomy and flavors.
Afternoon
Theater in Play
Have you ever imagined what it would be like to combine children's stories with the imagination of giving life to characters in a team game? Well, here it can be possible! The session begins with a story read in a calm and serene environment, followed by a group discussion about the story and finally the challenge of a game or activity proposed by the teacher, where the surprise of what comes next is always part of these different classes.
Yoga
Our yoga teacher is well known for her excellent work in yoga sessions, which range from calm, serene sessions to more dynamic sessions, depending on the energy of the children. These sessions are equally rich in dedication and sharing.
Secret Reading and Writing Club
Workshop where children are researchers into the functionality of reading and writing, decoding the world of codes through expression, games, challenges and play.
Adventure of Emotions
Addressing emotions in childhood is essential for stimulating emotional intelligence, which has numerous advantages during the different stages of a child's development, as well as in the future, in adult life. Through some games and activities, we support the child in discovering the expression, identification, and management of their feelings and emotions.
Carpentry
This medium/low risk session, in addition to developing awareness of danger and responsibility, stimulates motor self-control (hand) and the challenge of building something individually or in a group. Here, children have access to small tools, as well as safety standards and, under the supervision and guidance of the teacher, they will build small things, such as their own toys, games, structures for the vegetable garden, musical instruments and others!
Music
Rhythm games, songs around the campfire, auditory training, musical games, everything is possible in these joyful sessions where music fills the Naterra atmosphere.
Move & Dance
A modality specially created for children, combining elements of dance, theater, body exploration, spatial awareness, and motor coordination, with the aim of promoting teamwork, health, creativity, self-awareness, and critical thinking. Exclusive content of choreographic foundations and essential techniques for initiation into Hip Hop and its social culture.
Pottery
Pottery sessions and clay piece creation, where children play, explore, and create in a playful and relaxing way, using their hands with or without the support of the potter's wheel
Special Activities
Science Laboratory
This lab is for our most curious and daring scientists. Lava volcano, rainbow experiments, what will we discover and invent next? Will it be slime? A paper that makes music? Discoveries related to the surrounding fauna and flora (different species, different families, different physical characteristics, forms of locomotion and feeding, food chain, and others), climate notions, terrain typologies, space and planets, and others, are some of the topics to be explored.
Project Work Methodology
The Project Work Methodology gives the child the opportunity to choose the topic they want to learn/study/explore more about.
After making this choice, you will be asked to brainstorm (specificities of the topic you want to work on) and, through your research and development of work accompanied by the tutor, you will acquire knowledge, thus providing significant learning. At the end, you will be invited to present the discoveries you have made, possibly in different content areas, to the rest of the group.
English
We will learn the language through stories and games. We will train our listening and speaking skills and gradually acquire English vocabulary, always respecting each person's own pace.
